“Three different times I begged the Lord to take it away.  Each time he said, ‘My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.’ So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” 2 Corinthians 12:9-10

Why Grace Unbroken?

Amanda: This verse has been my favorite since my freshman year of high school. As I have struggled with different things, I have always clung to this truth that God’s grace is never ending, never failing, and I can rejoice in my suffering because I know that my struggles are being used for good.

Ryan: I always wrote lyrics growing up and still do to this day and I don’t know how or when Grace Unbroken came to me, but it did. When Amanda and I were trying to think of a name for the blog, I suggested Grace Unbroken. To me, we will always have grace from Jesus and it cannot be broken.

Why Start A Blog?

Amanda: As I am writing a book, I also wanted to start a blog to get extra writing experience and be able to share with people.  I also just love writing (now) and wanted to be able to share this gift that God has given me.

Ryan: I was asked by Amanda to help her start a Christian blog and I love to write, especially about Jesus, so I decided I would become a part of this blog.
